3. HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET?

4. I LOST MY TICKET, WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
You can reach us at the e-mail address you used when placing your order on Biletino or at the 'CONTACT' section on the website.
5. WHAT IF THE TICKET CATEGORY I WANT TO BUY IS SOLD OUT?
If you want to be a part of the Soundscape Festival spirit and be a part of this world for two days, we recommend you to hurry up. If the ticket category you want is sold out, don't forget to set your alarms for the opening of new categories to secure your ticket!
6. WHEN WILL THE FULL LINE-UP BE ANNOUNCED?

7. CAN I ENTER AND EXIT THE VENUE AGAIN?

Our policy is IN=IN OUT=OUT, so do not leave the festival grounds unless you are sure you want to go home.
8. IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
There are a few wheelchair-friendly paved paths at the festival. Most of the stages have asphalt floors. However, care should be taken when it rains. Some stages may be difficult to access as the ground may be wet. Please email info@genericmusic.net so we can make sure you get a special pass that allows you to access the festival backstage with hardened paths. We will also provide an attendant to take you to each stage.
9. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET AND A VIP TICKET?
You can benefit from some extra options with your VIP ticket. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@genericmusic.net.
10. ARE THERE SHUTTLE BUSES FOR TRANSPORTATION TO THE FESTIVAL?
Yes! You can visit here for transportation information and bus details.
11. CAN I DISTRIBUTE FLYERS FOR MY OWN EVENT AT THE FESTIVAL?
No, it is forbidden to distribute flyers because we want to take our ecological responsibility seriously.
12. WELFARE POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
We absolutely do not condone the use and possession of illegal substances at our festival. Our goal is not to judge, but to take measures to prevent things from going wrong. Anyone found using or possessing illegal substances at Soundscape Festival will be suspended from the event and blacklisted.
13. WHAT CAN I DO IN CASE OF A HEALTH EMERGENCY?
If you or your friend are feeling unwell, please go directly to the First Aid stand or the area where the ambulance is waiting. Remember that they are experienced and trained to help you.
